​Headlines for 19th March 2018

​​Well I didn't expect to be writing about the snow again in March! Please make sure your child is suitably dressed tomorrow and has a change of shoes if necessary.

There are lots of lovely things happening this week, please see below for details. We will be supporting Sport Relief next week, please look out for more details.

What is happening this week:

Monday 19th March
  • ​Year 1 to visit Wollaton Library in the afternoon
  • Some children will be taking part in a science spectacular at NUSA today
Tuesday 20th March
  • ​Year 2 are going to a sports festival at NUSA
  • Adult literacy classes continue 1-3pm, there is a crèche available if you would like to attend
  • Whole school assembly on Road Safety, please look out for a letter
  • Dodgeball after school club with Mr Bange 3.30 - 4.30pm PLACES AVAILABLE
Wednesday 21st March
  • ​1pm PCSO John Ife to visit Nursery and Reception
  • 3pm Year 3 assembly, parents welcome
  • Engineering Club - Year 3 & 4 - 3.30 - 4.30pm
  • Science Club - Year 5 & 6 (run by the University of Nottingham) - 3.30 - 4.30pm
Thursday 22nd March
  • ​Firbeck signing choir to open a NHS conference for 350 people
  • Area Band - Year 5 & 6 (after school)
  • Multi skills Club - Infants - with Mr Richardson - 3.30 - 4.30pm CANCELLED THIS WEEK
  • Basketball team at Brocklewood for next match in tournament
Friday 23rd March
  • ​Class photos, please make sure you are looking your best!
  • Golden Book (Celebration) Assembly
  • Special table at lunch time - Reward for good lunchtime behaviour
